Rupert leads initiatives and experiments in the field of Artificial Intelligence at Erste Group, with a particular focus on its application by or together with customers.
Over the last 3.5 years, he has held various positions around the digital app George and now aims to further improve the user experience and interaction between customers and the bank through the use of AI.
This includes working with teams in several Erste Group countries as well as cooperating with external partners to develop and implement innovative solutions.
