Dr. Patrick Wollner, Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, is an expert in AI and human-centered design. He completed his PhD and research on machine learning and user experience at the University of Cambridge and founded a fintech startup providing financial solutions for real estate equity release. Previously, he was an advisor to the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 program and has many years of experience as an entrepreneur, researcher and strategy consultant in the field of Digital Product Strategy & Adoption.

Dr. Dr. Georg Schneider is Dean of the SOWI Faculty at the University of Graz. After completing his doctorates in mathematics and business administration at the University of Vienna – both sub auspiciis – and a research stay at Stanford University, he was appointed to a W3 professorship at the University of Paderborn in 2007 – at the age of 27 as one of the youngest professors in Germany. He has been working at the University of Graz since 2015. He has received further appointments from the University of Mannheim, the University of Bern and WU Vienna.

In his research, he deals with the remuneration of managers, sustainability reporting, digitalization in accounting and international accounting issues.

Rupert leads initiatives and experiments in the field of Artificial Intelligence at Erste Group, with a particular focus on its application by or together with customers.
